Your Local Dentist for Bexley Patients

Bexley: where the suburb feels like a village

Bexley has a character that sets it apart from the rest of the borough. Where Bexleyheath has the Broadway and Sidcup has its colleges, Bexley has Hall Place -- a Grade I listed Tudor mansion built in 1537 for wealthy merchant Sir John Champneys, set in beautiful gardens alongside the River Cray. The estate is now a museum and events venue, and one of the most visited green spaces in the area.

St Mary's Church, with its unusual spire -- an octagonal cone balanced on a truncated pyramid -- has been the heart of this community since the medieval period. Bexley is one of the oldest settlements in what is now Greater London, and it shows. The River Cray runs through the village, the streets are leafier and quieter than most of its neighbours, and people come here precisely because it feels different.

Many of our patients at Smile Sensations have moved to Bexley for that very reason. We are based just a short journey away in Blackfen, and we would love to be your local dental practice too.

NHS & private dentistry for Bexley patients

We welcome nervous patients

Many patients tell us they put off finding a new dentist for longer than they should have. We understand. Our team takes time to explain every step, never rushes an appointment, and has plenty of experience with patients who find the dentist difficult.

We have been doing this for over 80 years -- nervous patients are very welcome here.
